Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or using the KSY Associates client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Scope of services

KSY Associates, Chartered Accountants provides taxation, audit, assurance, company secretarial, accounting and advisory services. The precise scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate engagement letter or written quotation, which prevails over anything stated on this website.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, and no client relationship arises until an engagement has been accepted in writing by both parties.

Client responsibilities

The accuracy and completeness of any return, financial statement or filing depends on the information you provide. You agree to supply complete, accurate and timely information and supporting documents, and to inform us promptly of anything that changes.

We are not responsible for interest, penalties or consequences arising from information that was withheld, incomplete, or provided too late for a statutory deadline to be met.

Fees and payment

Fees are quoted before work begins, and are payable as set out in the engagement letter or invoice. Statutory fees, government charges and taxes are payable in addition unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend work on an engagement where invoices remain unpaid.

Client portal

You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at contactus@ksyassociates.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

You agree not to upload material that is unlawful, infringing or contains malicious code, and not to attempt to access data belonging to another client.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text and graphics on this website are owned by KSY Associates unless otherwise indicated. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Reproducing, republishing or distributing the content commercially without written permission is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the standards and restrictions applicable to Chartered Accountants in India, our liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
